Paul Schmidt is a Level 3 Ski Instructor, Level 2 CSCF Coach, and Level 1 Course conductor for the Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance (CSIA). Paul has actively taught at the Marmot Basin Snow Sports School since 1999.

Paul is in the Level 4 Academy, the highest level of training for the CSIA. On snow and online training include teaching, skiing and training skills… Paul is developing his own teaching approach, understanding, professionalism, and interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
